Registration deadlines and costs
Get ready! Early bird registration for panel conveners, presenters, and participants is now open — and you won’t want to miss it. Secure your spot before May 15th to enjoy discounted rates. After that, regular fees will apply.
Please note:
- We are not able to subsidise travel or offer hybrid attendance this year — your registration directly supports making NorDev25 possible!
- All fees are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), with special rates for students, early career researchers, and scholars from non-OECD countries.
- You can also make donations when you register.
Early Bird Rates (until May 15th):
- Students (Bachelor, Master): 1200 NOK
- Early Career Researchers (PhD students, postdocs): 2500 NOK
- Scholars from non-OECD countries: 2000 NOK
- All others: 3500 NOK
